Old Floating fisherman lamp

That lamp really special because it has unique float with galvanized iron as it was designed to float.
I had a fisherman's son, he was the last and yet he remembers that at one time, his father used this lamp and he was not alone!
He was fishing for mackerel. When the drift net was thrown into the sea, the floating oil lamps were then set to allow the fisherman to find his net.
The upper part with the globe stands as seen in this photo, the first tank by red fuel contains a knob for adjusting the intensity of the flame. In the lower part, its galvanized iron floats.

If former fishermen who used these lamps are reading this little article, I thank them in advance to make their comment.
These small precious objects of everyday life have their place in a museum, I am happy to contribute a little to safeguard them.
